ON-SITE COVID PROTOCOLS

OUR DOORS ARE RE-OPENING

As of July 7th, we will be open for business.  If you’re in need of mental health supports you have access to face-to-face, virtual or telephone counselling sessions. However, from a health and safety perspective, the Ministry is still encouraging virtual appointments as much as possible.

To help our community easily access services please follow a few simple steps:
  1. Call 519 337-3701 and follow the prompted instructions.
  2. Our staff will contact you to learn about a bit about your needs and connect you with a counsellor.
  3. A counsellor will schedule a time to connect in-person, by video or phone.
  4. We Listen.  We Talk.  We Plan.  We support!
