Complaint Procedure

St. Clair Child & Youth Services strives to provide the highest quality service.  If, however, you have a question or concern, the Agency provides policies and procedures for the resolution of your concerns.  We encourage our clients to identify their concerns with their worker who can also provide a copy of our complaint procedure.
