Dual Diagnosis

Dual Diagnosis Program

We provide an assessment and treatment program for children and youth 6 to 18 years of age with specific special needs and who are experiencing mental health-related difficulties.  We also offer support to caregivers.

Our program may be a good fit for you if you are the parent/guardian of a child/youth diagnosed with a mild to moderate developmental disability or autism and who may require:

  • Support to maintain safety in the home, school, and community
  • Intervention/ support for your youth to adapt to the social and behavioral demands of adolescence
  • Assistance with the process of accessing adult developmental services for your youth

Our Team will work with you to ensure that your family receives the most suitable supports.

Please note that as a result of COVID-19 safety precautions our Walk-In Clinics and County Mental Health Clinics are on hold however, our services remain OPEN.  To schedule an appointment or find out more, please contact our Intake Dept. at (519) 337-3701.
