Clinical Support to Foster Families

Clinical Support to Foster Families

This program is a partnership between St. Clair Child & Youth Services and the Sarnia Lambton Children’s Aid Society and is provided to Children’s Aid referred clients.  It is designed to support both the foster parent and the youth on an ongoing basis.  The goal is to assist in placement transition, stabilization, initiating comprehensive planning, and potentially assist in transition back home or into independent living.
