For Non-Residential Referrals and Inquiries:
For all children and youth over 6 years of age and over St. Clair Child and Youth Services utilizes the Brief Child and Family Phone Interview (B.C.F.P.I) as required by the Province of Ontario, as the first step in accessing our services. Completion of this interview requires the input of a parent/guardian or youth 12 and over. As such we request the parents/guardians or youth contact our Referral Coordinator at (519) 337-3701 to arrange for a referral interview.
For children under six years of age parents/guardians and third parties (physicians, schools etc.) can contact the Referral Department directly.
Referrals for admission for the Therapeutic Family Program are processed through our local central point of access at STARRting Point which can be reached at 519-336-0120
