Family Solutions Program

We provide an intensive in-home intervention program to identified families.  This is a 12 to 14-week program.

Our program may be a good fit for you if you:

  • Are experiencing relationship issues, conflict, and/or household stress
  • Want help with reunification
  • Have children/youth who are experiencing behavioural difficulties at home, school, and/or in the community
  • Have children/youth who are at risk of out-of-home placement

Through goal-oriented home visits, our Team will work with you to ensure that your family receives the most suitable supports.

Clinical Supports to Children's Aid Society (C.A.S.) Families

We provide intensive in-home and community-based supports to identified Sarnia-Lambton Children’s Aid Society placements.

Families may benefit from this program if:

  • They are experiencing high levels of family conflict
  • They are seeking help with family reunification
  • They have children/youth who are experiencing behavioural difficulties at home, school, and/or in the community
  • They have children/youth who are at risk of breaking down their foster placement

Our Team will work to ensure that the parents/caregivers and child/youth receive the most suitable supports.

Families are referred to this program directly through the Children’s Aid Society.

Therapeutic Family Program

In partnership with trained Foster Parents, we provide a comprehensive intervention program to community-based female youth who are not involved with the Children’s Aid Society and who are not currently able to reside with their families.

Female youth who are 13 years of age or older may benefit from this program if they are:

  • Experiencing high levels of family conflict
  • At risk of out of home placement
  • Experiencing behavioural difficulties at home, school and/or in the community
  • In need of creative supports beyond what can be provided within their family home

Our Team will work to ensure that the youth, the family of origin, and the treatment foster family receive the most suitable supports.
